Ho'oponopono - A Simple Healing Mantra

Ho'oponopono - A Hawaiian practice for forgiveness:

"I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you"

How and where to do it?

Repeat this mantra in your head or out loud anywhere, anytime!

You can repeat as many times as you need to throughout the day when you are feeling the blues towards yourself, a situation, person or particular event.

This practice allows you to work on healing that feeling inside of yourself, and in turn change the reality you feel about that particular situation, person or event. We practice with an intention to heal ourselves.

Examples of places to practice Ho’oponopono:

  • In the shower
  • on the train
  • meditation seat
  • after a frustrating moment
  • inline for coffee

Why is it so powerful?

By repeating these words, we are letting go of inner turmoil we may be experiencing. It helps to resolve our negative and fear-based emotions, that may be holding us back from being our best selves!

Why not give it a try!?
