    This is an approximate conversion table to help you find your size.

    How to get your best size:

    Chest measurement: Grab a tape measure and wrap it underneath your armpits at the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure levelled at the front and the back of the body. The tape measure should be taut but not squeezing hard against the skin.

    Waist measurement: Measure the smallest part of the waist. Make sure it's not too tight and that it's straight, even at the back. Don't hold your breath while measuring.

    Hip measurement: Measure the largest point of the hips. Make sure it is straight the whole way around.

    Compare and judge: What are you normally numerically in sizing? We would recommend to go with that option. If you are in-between sizes. We recommend going up a size.

    Lovely fit and quality!

    After reading through the reviews I was glad to see a few people had written sizing comments for this top in particular which helped me, I purchased a size M rather than a S to have a comfortable fit rather than being too tight, really happy with it, nice firm fit to the chest, beautiful quality and looks good styled as activewear or casually with some shorts!

    Love this top! a thicker material and with built-in sports bra, the top holds everything in place even when running!

    Perfection!

    This top is the best thing I’ve ever bought, I love that it has an inbuilt sports bra, high quality fabric and fits beautifully! I’m typically a size small, which is the size I bought. The fit of the top is tight, which I personally like since it makes me feel more secure during my walks and runs. If you don’t prefer a super tight fit I definitely would recommend going up a size! Apart from that you need to get one!

    Fabric is high quality and thick. Will definitely be ordering the shorts once my size comes back into stock!
    Size is accurate but size down if unsure - I'm normally a size 6-8 in tops and ordered an S.

    Loved the style of the top. Sizing is quite small, normally a 6-8 in tops but could barely squeeze the size 6 on.
