Shipping + Returns Guide
SALE ITEMS REFUNDS: Pinky & Kamal will not be proving refunds when items are on sale or part of a site wide sale. However we will be happy to exchange or provide a credit note.
We are happy to provide you with a refund on full-priced items if:
> If the items have not been washed, damaged or worn
> The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
> You notify us for a refund within 60 days of shipment arrival date
> You provide us with the original invoice, for proof of purchase
> If the garments are faulty
> If you received a different garment to what you originally ordered
> Refunds will not be made if the garments have been purchased in a stockist store
Once we have received your item, we will refund you through your original payment method.
Unfortunately, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
We do not refund sale goods unless they are faulty.
You may exchange your order for a credit note which can be redeemed online.
Upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit note to the value of your return, where we will send to your email.
Please note that credit notes are only valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Exchanges will only be accepted if:
1. The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
2. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
3. You notify us within 100 days of receipt of goods
4. The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
How to return an item
1. Please request a return/exchange by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your full name, the reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange/refund.
3. Once your refund/exchange has been approved you can send it back to us to the address given.
4. Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your exchange/refund within 5 business days.

Please note: Pinky and Kamal will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us or you safely, Pinky and Kamal will not be held responsible.
Pinky & Kamal will ship your goods within 24-72 hours after the order is placed. We will aim to get it to you as soon as possible. If it is urgent please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will aim to fulfil it for you that day if we can. Thank you for your support in the growing of our business.
Pinky & Kamal will not be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country.
