Refunds
If you have any questions regarding the return your PK order, please check out our FAQ's page before emailing us, it is likely we have answered your question there. Alternatively, you can contact our lovely customer service team at info@pinkyandkamal.com
We are happy to provide you with a refund on full-priced items if:
> If the items have not been worn, washed or damaged
> The items are returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
> You notify us for a refund within 14 days of shipment arrival date
> You provide us with the original invoice and order number, for proof of purchase
> If the garments are faulty, in which case you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, with a description and clear images of the fault attached
> If you received a different garment to what you originally ordered, in which case you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item
A refund will not be issued if:
> Refunds will not be issued from Pinky & Kamal if the garments have been purchased via stockist store, in this case, you will need to contact the stockist directly
> The item was purchased on sale, unless the item has arrived faulty, in which case you will need to email customer service with a description and images of the fault attached
> You have not emailed customer service at info@pinkyandkamal.com for return approval first, if an unapproved return is received, we reserve the right to reject your request and send your parcel back to you

Once we have received your item safely back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund via your original payment method only
Unfortunately, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding.
SALE ITEMS: Pinky & Kamal will not be proving refunds when items are purchased on sale or purchased as part of a site wide sale. However, we will be more than happy provide an exchange or credit note. In this case, we need to be contacted within 14 days of shipment arrival date
Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE : ALL ITEMS FROM YOGA30 SALE ARE *FINAL* AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
We are more than happy to process an exchange for you, if notified within 14 days of shipment arrival date. Please email us with order confirmation along with the requested item, colour and size you would like to exchange for.
Alternatively, you may exchange your order for a credit note which can be redeemed online
Upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit note to the value of your return, this will be delivered via email
Please note that credit notes are only valid for 1 year and are strickly not refundable or redeemable for cash
Exchanges will only be accepted if:
1. The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
2. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
3. You notify us within 14 days of shipment arrival date
4. The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
Item Availability
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund
How to return an item
*Please do not lodge a return without emailing info@pinkyandkamal.com first for approval. If an unapproved return is received, we reserve the right to reject your request and send your parcel back to you. Please see our FAQ's for any queries regarding returns.
1. Please request a return/exchange by emailing customer service on info@pinkyandkamal.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Please include your full name, the reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange/refund
3. Once your refund/exchange has been approved via email, you will be sent a link to lodge your return request into our returns portal, from here you will be issued a return number and given the relevant return instructions/address
4. Once we have received your item safely back to our warehouse, we will notify you and process your exchange/refund request within 5 business days

Please note: Pinky and Kamal will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us or you safely, Pinky and Kamal will not be held responsible.
Shipping Terms
Pinky & Kamal will ship your goods within 24-72 business hours (mon-fri) after the order is placed. We will aim to get it to you as soon as possible. If it is urgent please feel free to email us at info@pinkyandkamal.com and we will aim to fulfil it for you that day if possible.
Please note: we can experience a higher than usual volume of orders during our sales events, this may affect your order's processing time.
Pinky & Kamal will not be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country.

AUSPOST Within Australia :
Regular Post, Same state: 2-4 business days
Regular Post, Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express Post, Same state: 1-2+ business days
Express Post, Interstate: 1-3+ business days
International :
DHL Ecommerce International (4 - 14 Business Days)
