We at PK HQ were lucky enough to spend a day in the studio with our PK forever muse, Bella Thomas.
Bella is a creative + international model. Well known for her clean, colourful and calming aesthetic on Instagram, with an eye for detail so incredible we just couldn't wait to chat + create with her.
What are your favourite wellness practices or tools?
At the moment I love to swim in the morning and run in the afternoon. Swimming in the morning allows my mind to be still before the day begins and running later in the day gives me a burst of energy and
the best sleep.
Do you have a favourite form of movement?
I love training with weights- nothing better than feeling strong.
What can't you live without in the kitchen?
A sharp knife! If you enjoy cooking I’d always recommend investing in a great knife. Look after it and it will last you years!
What is your favourite piece from the PK Yoga collection?
I love the flow crop in brown and slate. It fits so well and I love a piece that I can wear for more than one occasion.
What's your favourite scent at the moment?
The smell of spring and sun kissed skin.
