How it all started
Founded by Natalie Carusi in 2015 after an humanitarian aid trip to Bangladesh, Pinky & Kamal was named after two Bangladeshi friends she made on her eye-opening journey. When dreaming Pinky & Kamal to life, Natalie endeavoured to create organic active, yoga and leisure wear that would move and breathe with the wearer by inspiring movement and igniting confidence. Most importantly, as the vision came to life Natalies founding promise became to bridge the gap between functional & stylish by creating breathable movement-wear that would seamlessly transcend from the studio to the street.

Designed for the movement-minded woman, our multifunctional pieces seamlessly blend technical performance with everyday style. Crafted from thoughtfully chosen fabrics, each collection is built on a foundation of considered design and comfort.

IMPACT: Our Commitment to Giving Back
We’re deeply grateful to the environments and communities that have allowed us to create and grow Pinky & Kamal. Giving back isn’t just important to us — it’s part of who we are. Over the past five years, we’ve proudly supported reforestation through ongoing tree-planting initiatives, with over trees planted so far. As we grow, so does our impact. We’re now exploring new community and environmental projects to deepen our contribution in meaningful ways.

At Pinky & Kamal, we’re committed to doing better without pretending we’ve got it all figured out. Creating with certified fabrics is a top priority, and we’re making conscious choices wherever we can. Many of our fabrics are made with responsible yarns and low-impact dyeing processes, and we’re always working toward reducing waste and designing pieces that last.
We’re not a sustainable brand and we won’t claim to be, but we care deeply about quality, longevity, and thoughtful decision-making. Sometimes, finding the right fabric takes time — seasons, even. But we’re in it for the long run, and our goal is to keep building better practices into everything we do.
Each collection is crafted with movement, comfort, and creativity at its core. From fit to fabric to feel, we obsess over the details so you can live in your PK pieces, from studio to street. With custom fabrications and considered cuts, our mission is simple: to create staples you’ll never want to take off.
