How to get your best size:

Chest measurement: Grab a tape measure and wrap it underneath your armpits at the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure levelled at the front and the back of the body. The tape measure should be taut but not squeezing hard against the skin.

Waist measurement: Measure the smallest part of the waist. Make sure it's not too tight and that it's straight, even at the back. Don't hold your breath while measuring.

Hip measurement: Measure the largest point of the hips. Make sure it is straight the whole way around.

Compare and judge: What are you normally numerically in sizing? We would recommend to go with that option. If you are in-between sizes. We recommend going up a size.

Sustainable, supportive and soft

It’s made from OKEO-Tex Bamboo & GOTS Cotton , super supportive soo comfortable and soft , I got this specifically for Hot Pilates and I’m absolutely loving it

Soft, comfortable, versatile

Super soft material, very flattering design, and super versatile as in can wear to workout/lounge or go out in. I’m 89cm bust, 68cm waist and found the M wearable but loose/bit baggy, S fits nicer for me. Also holds it colour well.

For ages I've been looking for a yoga top which is both supportive, covers stomach, and made from natural materials, so was pleased to finally find this Flow Crop top. Coming from an Australian brand of clothing was even better. The fabric is comfortable, soft but strong, and is exactly what I was hoping for. For sizing S fits my usual small 10 bust, although I think I could have gone up to size M as well and it would have been fine. I combined it with the Yin Flare pants. Very happy :)
