How to get your best size:

Chest measurement: Grab a tape measure and wrap it underneath your armpits at the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure levelled at the front and the back of the body. The tape measure should be taut but not squeezing hard against the skin.

Waist measurement: Measure the smallest part of the waist. Make sure it's not too tight and that it's straight, even at the back. Don't hold your breath while measuring.

Hip measurement: Measure the largest point of the hips. Make sure it is straight the whole way around.

Compare and judge: What are you normally numerically in sizing? We would recommend to go with that option. If you are in-between sizes. We recommend going up a size.

Favourite Pants

Absolutely love these. I’m a sensory girl and don’t usually like tight fitting clothing but these are an exception. They feel breathable, and like a second skin. They’re true to size and super flattering. I have them in two colours and the matching tops. The quality is unmatched and I won’t be going back to polyester active wear again after wearing these. Thank you P&K for making such beautiful consciousness clothing.

Love P&K yoga

Have been in love with the wide leg pants for agessss. Struggled with legs in straps when doing Pilates in them though because of too much fabric. These ones a so much better!! Still love the wide leg ones as well!!! Fabric is so soft and fold over waist is perfect. So comfy for casual wear.
